Ask yourself:

  • Who do I serve?

  • What specific outcome do I want to be known for?

Marketing is everything you do to get customers. It’s the bridge between your solution and the people who need it most.

🧩 The Segment (Your Market)

Your segment is the portion of the market most likely to buy from you. You don’t need the whole market — just the right part of it.

Create a clear client avatar:

  • Demographics

  • Psychographics

  • Ecographics

Because when you know your market:

  • You can craft the right message

  • You can reach them where they are

  • You stop shouting into the void

Avoid the D-List:
Going too broad lands you in the Dead Zones of Drive:

  • Drained (from being broke)

  • Disheartened (from frustration)

  • Derailed (from being stuck)

  • Dormant (with zero momentum)

Structure is how you build your funnel:

  • Generate leads

  • Convert sales

  • Upsell and enroll

  • Resell with ease

What is a qualified lead?

Someone who's already paying the price of the problem — in time, money, or frustration.

Your job is to speak directly to their pain:

  • “I know your problem”

  • “I see your pain”

  • “I have the solution”

And offer them a next step — like a one-page site with a powerful free sample.

🎭 The Story (Message)

You are not selling information.
You’re selling transformation.

  • Find their pain

  • Speak their language

  • Offer a painkiller, not a vitamin

Tell them:

  • What you do

  • Who you do it for

  • What they get out of it

Craft stories around:

  • Unmet needs

  • Unresolved pain

  • Aspirations left unfulfilled

Position yourself as the solution they’ve been waiting for.

🌊 The Stream (Media)

Your story needs a channel.

Choose the platform that your MVP is already tuned into:

  • Podcast?

  • YouTube?

  • LinkedIn?

  • Email?

Legacy content matters. Leave something that continues to work for you, even when you're not working.

✨ The Spark (Moment)

Buying behavior breaks down like this:

  • 5% will buy now

  • 10% will buy soon

  • 80% will buy later

That means you need a follow-up system:

  • Email nurturing

  • SMS campaigns

  • Retargeting ads

  • Personal touches

Stay top of mind. Stay relevant. Stay consistent.
