Use this simple scoring system to evaluate whether each of your current offers is aligned with your calling, capacity, and convictions:
Category Question Score (1-5)
Calling Does this reflect what I feel called to do long-term?
Conviction Am I deeply connected to the why behind this offer?
Competence Does this draw on my strengths and experience?
Capacity Can I deliver this sustainably, without burnout?
Conversion Is this solving a real, urgent problem for my ideal client?
Add up your scores for each offer. If it’s not a 20 or above, it might be time to rethink it.
Refine, Retire, or Rebuild
Once you’ve audited your offers, it’s time to take action.
Not everything needs to be cut.
Some things just need a tweak, while others might need a full rebuild.
A. Keep & Refine – What offer needs a refresh or reframe (not a full rebuild)?
Shift pricing, delivery model, or audience.
Clarify your messaging to attract aligned clients.
B. Pause or Retire – What needs to be phased out because it’s no longer aligned?
Release it with gratitude, not guilt.
Make space for what’s next.
C. Rebuild or Birth – Is there a “buried offer” that reflects your current calling but hasn’t been launched?
Bring it to the surface.
Craft it for the season you’re in, not the one you’re leaving.
